Iraqi Patient who came to Shiraz to get a Penile Implant
My name is Kazem and I’m in my late 60s. I’m originally from Iraq but I live in the US now. For many years, I suffered from erectile dysfunction, a condition that affects many men and can have various causes. Obviously, getting this kind of surgery in the US is quite costly. So, I started searching online for the best place to get this surgery done at a lower price, and I found Iranian Surgery, a medical tourism website that offers high-quality and affordable health care services in Iran. After talking to their consultant who told me about all the steps and costs and walked me through the whole process, I decided to go for it. They helped me with everything, from finding the best doctor and hospital, to arranging my visa, flight, accommodation, and transportation. I even was appointed a companion both to translate for me and provide assistance if and ever I needed it.
I traveled to Shiraz, a beautiful city in southern Iran, where I met Dr. Kashkouli and Dr Salehi, two renowned urologists who specialize in penile implant surgery. They explained to me everything about the procedure, the risks, the benefits, and the recovery process. I underwent the surgery at a great hospital and owing to the skills and experience of my surgeons, the surgery was done without any problems or complications. Following the surgery the doctor visited me a couple of times to check on my recovery process and fortunately everything looked prefect.
Now, 3 months after the surgery, I can’t be happier with my decision. And I’m glad that I get to share this experience with others. I hope it can inspire other men who suffer from erectile dysfunction to seek treatment and improve their quality of life. There is no need to mention how satisfying my sexual life became afterwards!
