Philosophy of Rhinoplasty:
Dr. Bastaninejad believes that the essence of successful rhinoplasty lies in achieving simplicity through complexity. His approach aims to avoid overly dramatic results, instead focusing on refining the nose to fit the individual’s face while ensuring optimal respiratory function. He stresses that a small, overly narrowed nose is not the goal; rather, it is a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing nose that complements the facial features. His technique balances aesthetic proportions, nasal function, and the natural lines of the face, ensuring that the final result is both beautiful and functional.
