These may be the chin, abdomen, chest (both male and female), hips, thighs (both inner and outer), knees, calves, and arms. Initial photographs are taken, and results of the surgeon’s prior work or illustrative examples of the procedure may be shown to the patient. The patient who undergoes this procedure is typically evaluated at least one to two weeks before the procedure and, at that time, blood tests, medical history and physical, measurements, and photographs are taken. Depending on results of the history and physical examination, the patient may need further evaluation, medical clearance from a primary physician, EKG, and/or other tests performed before the procedure.

. At the time of the preoperative evaluation, an informed consent is given if it is close to the time of the procedure. This may include a written and, in some practices, a computer-generated, informed consent form with examples of potential complications and expectations of the surgery.

. Before surgery, the patient is advised of which, if any, medications they will be taking before, during, and after the surgery. Additionally, if there are any medications that need to be stopped before surgery, this is communicated as well. Certain pain relievers, such as aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (such as ibuprofen [Advil] or naproxen [Aleve]) are to be avoided for at least seven days before the surgery. Some surgeons may advise the patient to stop other medications, such as thyroid medications, antidepressants, and various antibiotics in preparation for the surgery.

. Infection. Skin infections are rare but possible. A severe skin infection may be life-threatening.

. Internal puncture. Rarely, a cannula that penetrates too deeply may puncture an internal organ. This may require emergency surgical repair.

. Fat embolism. Pieces of loosened fat may break away and become trapped in a blood vessel and gather in the lungs or travel to the brain. A fat embolism is a medical emergency.

. Kidney and heart problems. Shifts in fluid levels as fluids are being injected and suctioned out can cause potentially life-threatening kidney, heart and lung problems.

. Lidocaine toxicity. Lidocaine is an anesthetic often administered with fluids injected during liposuction to help manage pain. Can an overweight person get Mega Liposuction?

Overweight patients can obtain a mega liposuction procedure, but there is a weight limit associated with the procedure. Mega liposuction can only be executed on overweight patients up to one hundred and twenty kilograms since a higher weight could pose a significant risk during the procedure.

During Mega Liposuction

During a mega liposuction, fat cells are physically removed from the body. The surgeon will choose to target certain problem areas, this is usually discussed with the patient before the patient comes in for the procedure.

Hello,
Is the cost still the same these days?
Did it get higher?
My height is 178 cm ,my weight is 115 kgs and my BMI is 36, Most of my fat is a subcutaneous fat as I gain the extra 40 kgs in only a year so it’s still easy to remove, most of my fat is in my thighs and lower back “Love handles” I also have fat in my belly but I can get rid of my belly fat with exercise easily.
So my question is if I want to remove my lower back fat “love handles” fat and my thighs fat with Mega Liposuction, How much will that cost me including all the expenses?
I live in Iran I am actually a student here in Iran.
