  Hello, this is not to be answered exactly. Actually, the minimum size for breast reduction is very proportional. Usually, 2-3kg of breast tissue is often removed in those with bigger breasts, and in reduction cases, which may mean a size reduction from a cup G to a DD, instead of a B or C. You have to keep in mind that a breast reduction not only will make your breasts more smallish, but they will be more delicate, healthier, and more vibrant regardless of the resulting cup size.
