  Recovery times vary, but most of my patients are back to work in 1-2 weeks. Most activities can usually be resumed within 1-2 weeks as well, and exercise after 6 weeks. Keep in mind that these time frames are subjected to the type of work you do, the extent of your surgery and how quickly your body heals.
