We forward your medical records to your/our chosen healthcare centers to receive treatment advice and then we recommend accredited hospitals and reputable surgeons based on your treatment. Finally, we use your information to arrange your trip to Iran, such as booking your tickets, accommodation and transfer.

Medical Document / history

Patient is responsible to inform Iranian Surgery with any prior treatments that has received. The onus is on patient to provide necessary documents and medical reports related to such treatments. If patient has not provided or advised Iranian Surgery with such information and the treatment being received is effected by such misrepresentations which results in cancelation of treatment or more related tests, the cancelation and tests charges is patient’s responsibility and must be paid in full prior to departure from Iran.
